- 30 January 1957 - Construction contract awarded

- Blockhouse is similar to those of the
Atlas complexes except that it has a second interior floor

- Complex 15 initially stored liquid oxygen and RP-1 as
propellants for the Titan I and had to be converted to
accommodate the Titan II, using Nitrogen Tetroxide for
the oxidizer and Hydrazine blend known as Aerozine 50
for fuel.

- 6 February 1963 - First military "blue suit" Titan
II launch
- 9 April 1964 - Last Titan II launched

- March 1967 - Complex deactivated
- 13 June 1967 - Sold for salvage

- November 2012 to February 2013 - Blockhouse
demolished
